💵 Our Fee:
$300 per file – paid at closing

Upload all required photos and documents
Double-check for compliance with local MLS rules

Apply agent remarks and public remarks (we’ll draft them if needed!)
Coordinate signatures on seller listing docs, if needed
Send a copy of the live listing to you for review and marketing

$150 per listing
Paid when the listing goes live in the MLS

Thorough compliance review of the executed contract and supporting docs
Identification of missing signatures, initials, or documents
Broker-specific checklist review, if applicable
Creation of the CDA with commission splits, deductions, and notes tailored to your brokerage
Delivery of clean, reviewed file ready for upload or submission
 
💵 Fee:
$50 per file
Due at the time of review and CDA creation

Ensure all required documents are collected and uploaded
Completion of broker-specific checklist (if applicable)
File organization and closure for compliance
Communication with broker or admin team if needed
 
💵 $50 per file – paid at the time of completion
